Our History

The story of Yes We Camps Agafay
In the heart of the Agafay Desert, just a few kilometers from the vibrant city of Marrakech, a timeless place was born: Yes We Camps. More than just a bivouac, it's a dream come true, a haven of peace designed for those seeking to experience the essence of the desert in a setting that's authentic, welcoming, and respectful of nature.
The story of Yes We Camps begins with a simple yet ambitious vision: to create an immersive, human experience where comfort meets the raw magic of the Moroccan desert. Inspired by nomadic traditions and the growing need for conscious escape, the founders chose to establish themselves in the Agafay Desert, a still-unspoiled place of striking mineral beauty.
From the outset, the emphasis is on Moroccan hospitality, elegant simplicity, and a shared experience. Here, you don't just come to spend the night; you come to experience an adventure: waking up to sunrise over the white hills of Agafay, sharing a tagine by the fire, dancing under the stars, or meditating in silence to the sound of the wind.
Yes We Camps has grown with this philosophy: that of a participatory and evolving bivouac, capable of accommodating solo travelers as well as groups, wellness retreats, private events, or corporate stays. Each tent, each communal space, each activity has been designed to foster connection, exchange, and respect for the environment.
Today, Yes We Camps has become a benchmark in Agafay: a place to return to, to reconnect, to take time out. And yet, despite its success, the spirit of the project remains unchanged: to make the desert a place of sharing and meaning, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
More than a stay, it is a human and sensory experience in the heart of the desert.
